Tonque Weight Rating

The maximum amount of weight a vehicle can handle on its hitch. In general, vehicle manufacturers provide tongue weight rating (TWR) in the vehicle owner’s manual, which Bruno uses as a reference.

Hitch Height

This is the distance measured from the ground to the bottom of the receiver hitch opening.

Frame Mount Hitch

A vehicle hitch that is mounted to a frame or frame-like structure, and not mounted to the trunk pan or bumper.

Pick Up Truck Cab Styles

regular cab pickup has a single row of seats and a single set of doors, one on each side. Extended or super cab pickups add an extra space behind the front seat. This is normally accessed by rear-hinged suicide doors or small front-hinged doors. A true four-door pickup is a crew cab. It features four full-size front-hinged doors.
