"I have problems with my back and it was straining to go upstairs. I felt in the long run that Bruno was going to stand behind their product more.

The installer came as agreed. He also demonstrated how to use it. He also showed going up the stairs and then when you get up to the top that you swing it out of the way which is how I've been using it.

I also like that the stairlift takes from the first floor interior to the second floor interior and vice versa in good form.
