"I put in a Bruno stairlift for my sister. We viewed Bruno as being of higher quality, well-built equipment. Their reps were very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. They weren't pushy. I was very happy with them.

The installation team did a nice job installing the stairlift. They were quick and thorough. I like the safety features on it where if you get your foot or hand or something in the way, it won't continue to go up and squash your foot. I didn't know that it has those safety features, which is a nice surprise. Overall, it's a well-made product. I would tell my friends that if they're gonna buy Bruno, they can be confident that they're gonna get good quality equipment."
