"She has trouble moving around, specifically up and down stairs. We just moved here from New York, and she came with us. She has an entire apartment in the basement but didn't want to have to go up and down the stairs. It's too hard on her. Bruno was one of the better rated brands on the internet. Their rep was helpful and very nice. The sales visit went really well. He told us he would be able to get it in within one day.

We thought this was gonna be like a really long process, but once he came in he got it installed within just a couple of hours. The stairlift doesn't take away from the way my stairs look into the basement. The build quality was rock solid. It is 100% worth the cost. My husband is very impressed with it.
