"They were very helpful"

I found Bruno online, called, and they were very helpful and said they would send someone. The gentleman came out and assessed our house and the situation and gave us various options of a stairlift. He was very informative, knowledgeable, gave the information and pros and cons very well.

The installers were very nice and friendly. They were very personable in that way. And then, I reached out just to ask a couple of questions, basic stuff, and the guy stopped what he was doing and took the time to explain all my stuff that I was asking. He walked me through exactly what he would do and how it would work, and then had my mom test it out before he left, and it was fine.

One of my mother's favorite features is the fact that the chair turns so that she can sit in it before it turns into the position to go down. It turns and locks very easily.
