"I have a wonderful experience riding it"

"I'm 89 years old and there were three stairlift providers that came in to appraise. I went with Bruno because their rep was the best one here. He was fantastic. He was here for almost two hours measuring everything. The installers told us when they were coming and it took them two and a half hours to put it in.

The stairlift that was installed comes up on a curve on the landing and right to the top of the steps. It fits beautiful. The installer went up on it the first time and he told me how to do it. So far, I have a wonderful experience riding it. It's comfortable and I can put it out of the way by just lifting up the seat and the arms and it works fine with no problem. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience with Bruno."
